Chatham Brew Fest Event Terms & Conditions
All ticket sales final. No refunds. No exceptions. Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of its terms. Chatham Arch Neighborhood Association (CANA) is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. All attendees must have a ticket for admittance. All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce or recreate the event are reserved to CANA. Any photographs or recordings shall not be used for any form of public advertisement or display or for any purpose (except private purposes) without CANA’s written consent. The ticket holder grants CANA and its designees the right to use the ticket holder’s image and/or likeness in any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event, including without limitation his/her rights of publicity. The ticket holder agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, that would infringe on the rights of CANA or its designees. Participation in this outdoor event as a spectator is at your own risk. The ticket holder expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual conduct of the event, and releases all event participants from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence of releases. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of CANA. This ticket is a revocable license. CANA reserves the right to revoke any ticket either before, during, or after the event, for such reasons as CANA deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion. This ticket entitles the holder only to admission to the event on the specified date and for the specified time, and subject to the ticket holder’s compliance with the rules, regulations and policies of CANA. No other rights of any kind are conveyed to the holder of this ticket. The holder of this ticket is not entitled to a refund, replacement ticket or to payment for any damages of any kind for any reason, including without limitation the cancellation, shortening or other alteration of the event.
